Advocate Santhanalakshmi has done her Post Graduation (Master of Laws) in the branch of Business Laws. She has also passed Intermediate Level in ACS with Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Advocate Santhanalakshmi enrolled with the Bar Council of TamilNadu and Puducherry in 2006. She is a member of the Madras High Courts Advocates Association & Women Lawyer Association. and has been providing services in various fields of law, that is, Corporate laws, Property laws, Arbitration, Consumer disputes, Labour & Service, Writs, Succession, Matrimonial laws, Intellectual Property Rights and drafting and vetting of various agreements and documents. She has been empanelled in several banks and financial institutions.

She has specialized in Business Laws and Contracts in her Masters, and acquired in-depth Knowledge in the field of industrial laws, Intellectual Property Rights (registration and litigation relating to Trademark, copyright, patent, design, etc.), and Corporate Laws and has also produced a Thesis on ‘Double taxation benefits in India’.

She is an expert both in Real Estate (title verifications) as Well as in Intellectual Property Rights (registration of Trademark, Copyright, Design and Patent).

Her overall legal Experience spreads well over more than a Decade, with the first five years being spent in litigation practice as Junior Advocate attached with top Law Firms and represented before all the Courts in and around Chennai, the second five years spent in renowned Corporate Entities by acting as Legal Head. She is proficient in drafting and she has also written Headnotes for the judgments in Madras Law Journal (MLJ) published by LexisNexis. After acquiring exposure in various fields during the next three years she has established her own company and grew it to be one among the leading players in the industry.

She is currently practicing as Advocate and focusing more on Corporate Laws, Intellectual Properties, and Insolvency laws. She is a Proprietrix of M/s.vSoLve Intelexis, sole proprietorship concern engaged in the field of Litigations, Trademark registration & Practice, Insolvency Resolution and allied activities. The Company is fully equipped with the wide and varied knowledge base and dynamic Leadership of its Professionals, and a team of dedicated young Professionals determined to take-on the new challenges of “Insolvency Resolution” in the Country.

Ms.Santhanalakshmi, registered with (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and enrolled with the Insolvency Professional Agency (IPA). She is a member of the ICSI Institute Insolvency Professions (ICSI-IIP).

Ms.Santhanalakshmi, being an Advocate, IPR Attorney and a registered Insolvency Professional is practicing before Madras High Court, NCLT Chennai Branch, Trademark and Patent Office at Chennai, IPAB, DRT, Consumer Forums and State Consumer Commission, Labour Courts, Family Courts, City Civil Court and all Courts in and around Chennai.
